4.5 Currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on ezg888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any charges applied by their own financial institutions in connection with transactions.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on ezg888 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Product-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules prevail in respect of that specific game or market.
5.2 Void Bets. ezg888 reserves the right to void bets or wagers in circumstances including: (a) technical errors or malfunctions affecting odds or game outcomes; (b) obvious pricing errors on sportsbook markets; (c) evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity; (d) bets placed in breach of applicable rules or these Terms.
5.3 Sportsbook. The ezg888 sportsbook offers betting on a wide range of sports including but not limited to: English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Markets, odds, and availability are subject to change without notice. In-play betting is available on selected markets. Accepted bets are binding.
5.4 Casino Games. All live casino and RNG-based casino games on ezg888 operate in accordance with published house rules available in the respective game's information panel. RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals in accredited studios. The results of all settled games are final.
5.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, ezg888 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome. Where a correct outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet or wager may be voided and the stake returned. ezg888's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements may, at ezg888's discretion, be subject to forfeiture if the wagering requirement is not met.

6.5 Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ezg888 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action:
8.1 All content on the ezg888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of ezg888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any platform content; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform component; (c) use ezg888 trademarks or branding without express written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of ezg888 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.
9.1 The ezg888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ezg888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezg888 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (c) losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; (d) any betting or gaming decisions made by you on the platform.
9.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ezg888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 ezg888's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ezg888 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.1 ezg888 is committed to responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following tools are available within every ezg888 account and may be activated at any time:

11.3 Upon termination of an account for cause, ezg888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned and not tainted by prohibited conduct, it will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of ezg888's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as specified under the applicable licensing framework.
12.2 Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to local regulations and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws in connection with their use of ezg888.
